We will investigate your talent development approach to hiring, onboarding, readiness, certifications, upskilling and enablement infrastructure by assessing things like:
Do you have an ideal seller’s profile (ISP) based on top performers?
What is the scope of the skillset required (e.g., buyer, buying process, type of motion, methodology, product/industry knowledge, technology utilization, commercial responsibilities)?
What skills or competencies are critical for Day 1 vs. coachable over time to help you hire the right candidate?
How does your hiring process assess each competency to get a complete picture of whether your candidate has those critical skills?
What is the sales management structure (span, cadence and coaching capability)?
How effective is onboarding & readiness?
How effective is ongoing upskilling and development for both commercial skills and new messaging/product roll outs?
Where are deals getting stuck in the sales process, and what does that mean for talk tracks, tools, or training?
